Pizza Time Today


Yeast that looks like sugar, so easy to soak in warm milk/water, sugar

Inside the oven, just like the pizza people tell you to wait for ten minutes...

Have done them...yay to myself..taste is fine, this is sort of thin crust, will try as i go...
And now for a thick crust...




I used 2 cups flour, 1 spoon yeast, some sugar, pinch of salt. some milk, water...will perfect this and then will enjoy the buns...The dough is the main, and i had been told that the dough needs huge amounts of kneading. As soon as you use the yeast in the bread you do get the feel in the dough, the bready dough versus the dough you use for parathas, biscuits, and tarts. Was fun. Saw the smiles.
