While at work i was told that it was a day for a treat, on that day. The food would be mutton rezala and biryani, and this was from a very old shop in Shyam Bazar. I had never had mutton rezala till then, and the food sounded interesting. In memory of that day 20 years ago, i have made mutton rezala today.
