This one says the names of the districts and also that the effects are reducing. It seems at least 6 people have died because of the cyclone. Bhubaneswar and districts have no power, as the electrical supply has been switched off. 8 lac people have been sent to shelters, as a protective measure. The districts are Bahrampur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Dhenkenal, Jajpur, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Ganjam, Gajpati, Nyayagarh, Khurda, Puri, and Jagatsinghpur. Enough grains for distribution have been supplied by the government.
Puri seems to be alright..
