Social media is going to be a difficult topic to deal with. There are mostly women with nothing to do there. There is the advertising crowd gathering social perceptions. Then there are the retired people. All these three categories of people think they know what they are doing. And the buyers are anyone confused with too much to buy. And when people get the time, they will go make complaints on the social network, as if they are great influences. Then companies will have negative publicity and this might increase their productivity. They might be affected by sales and this might be due to the competition. Most people go to a store and buy what is available there. If you have pre-conceived brands in mind, then you might not have them on display. You might end up not buying half of what you want. Even cars need to be test driven before you buy them. Instinctive buying is what most consumers like, not instructive buying.
